didn't mean to blog today but tomorrow we are in Salome, AZ (1 state down, 7 to go!) where we have no Internet, no pool and no laundry - the three most important features of a hotel for a x-country bike rider. A lovely rest day- an impromptu yoga class led by Lynn, a bike maintenance class with Carol, a visit to the Rite Aid for postcards and a few hours of lounging, reading and napping.
