First sighting of Texas bluebonnets. Crossed the Nueces River 4 miles from the hotel and stopped for a little feet soaking and sun bathing. Met a selfcontained guy going west who stopped at our sag for water and said" oh I heard about this group- they said to approach slowly and carefully"- seemed funny at the time! BIG hills tomorrow.
